Where are your properties located?
We have two self-storage facilities - one in Omaha and another in Lincoln, Nebraska. Visit our locations page to make sure you are choosing the location nearest you.
Can I schedule a tour of a facility?
Yes, you can schedule a tour at any one of our facilities to make sure you are choosing the right self-storage solution. Contact us during office hours to schedule your visit.
How often can I use my unit?
Our storage units are accessible by renters seven days a week between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. All of our units are on the ground floor, so you will find it very comfortable to use them.
Are you near any colleges?
Great question! We are minutes from the University of Nebraska Omaha, Creighton University, and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. No matter where you study, we can store anything you have.
Do I need a temperature-controlled unit?
That depends mainly on the item types you are planning to store. While all of your belongings can benefit from temperature control, it’s even more important for things like furniture, clothes, and documents. Our Omaha location offers temperature control, allowing anyone to protect their property from extreme temperatures.
What is a drive-up unit?
A self-storage unit with drive-up access can be driven up to with a car, a van, and any other vehicle used for moving items. If you look around your house and find that you’ve accumulated more than you can handle, take a look at our drive-up units!
Do you offer vehicle parking, too?
Yes, we have a variety of indoor storage units that can take in cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and more - all while keeping your investment away from the elements.
How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill online, stop by our clean and safe offices, or give us a call and we can talk you through arrangements.
Should I be worried about security?
One thing that should never cause stress during your move is figuring out how to keep your possessions safe. This will become less of a concern when you learn more about our security features, which include gate protection, video surveillance, and more. Don’t hesitate to ask us for more information.
